Alabaster Residential is a design-build studio in Arizona. We take a limited number of homes each year, build the cabinetry ourselves, and stay until the punch list is empty.
The drawing and the build should be the same conversation.
Most renovations lose something in translation — between the designer who drew it, the shop that built the cabinets, and the crew that installed them. Each hands off, and the detail quietly erodes at every seam.
We closed those gaps by keeping all three under one roof. The person who drew your kitchen can walk twenty feet and look at the door being sanded.

Cabinetry and millwork are built in our own shop. We do not white-label someone else's boxes.
One lead
The same person carries your project from first walkthrough to final handover. You never re-explain.
Scope before demolition
Drawings, selections, and price are settled before anything is torn out. Change orders are the exception.

Daily cleanup, protection on everything we are not touching, and trades who know they are guests.
